Lyne Thériault has been practicing law in the areas of Real Estate Law and Corporate/Commercial Law in both official languages for more than two decades. She obtained her degree in Law from Université de Moncton in 1995 and was then admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick in 1996.  Lyne participates in professional development courses offered by the Law Society of New Brunswick and other associations.

She has acted on behalf of clients in the purchase and sale of Real Estate; she has acted on behalf of landowners in the sale and the purchase of vacant land; she has represented the purchasers in acquisition of multiple buildings; she has represented vendors for the sale of commercial and industrial buildings; she has represented mortgagors and mortgagees in the financing of their Real Estate projects; she has acted for the Lessor and the Lessee in the negotiation and conception of commercial and residential Leases.

Furthermore, Lyne is also an active member in her town, being a major shareholder of a Corporation that owns more than 20 income properties. In 2018, she formed a business called TRANSACTIONPRO that serves all clients who are seeking an experienced Lawyer to prepare professional Real Estate documents in a timely manner at affordable rates.
